So.....are you wondering what's behind the curtain? This area of our web site is for Members Only, so members of IONL simply enter your username and password, say "open sesame" (just kidding!) and enter the world of IONL. Included in this area are a number of resources just for you---members of IONL.

Membership Directory. Each member has a profile page which includes a short bio, your photo, a wall to post comments, a photo gallery and includes the communities (e.g. Region 3A, Member Engagement Committee, etc.) of which you are a part. You can also have a blog if you'd like and link your IONL profile to other social networks like Twitter, LinkedIn or Facebook. The Membership Directory is completely searchable so you can find colleagues, old friends, Kellogg program classmates and mentors.

Career Center. Included here are the organizations that are looking for accomplished nurse leaders just like you! IONL's Career Center includes job postings, a place for your to post a position wanted, but more importantly a place for you to post your resume or CV if you are looking for that next position in nursing leadership.

Resource Library. A treasure trove of resources from IONL members for IONL members. Magnet Recognition exemplars, innovative care delivery models, Power Point presentations from IONL's Lunch 'N Learn webinars and conference speakers, TCAB resources, IONL's strategic plan and balanced score card, white papers and IONL research reports among other resources.

Well, that's just a peek at what's in the Members Only area. Members of IONL also receive a discount on conference registration, free monthly Lunch 'N Learn webinars, opportunities to apply for scholarships to the Kellogg Midwestern Institute for Nursing Leadership, and coming soon, grants for seed funding to support IONL members doing research focused on issues important to nurse leaders.
