Topic: Fostering Civility in the Changing Healthcare Environment

The purpose of this event is to provide various perspectives for cultivating a culture of civility and addressing workplace incivility. The three key areas we will explore are: Communication differences, generational differences, and conflict resolution. 

Objectives:
1. Identify strategies that enhance communication between nursing leaders and staff
2. Explore various communication skills across generations
3. Examine best practices for resolving conflict and effectively addressing critical conversations
