Title: Nursing Burnout, Retention, and Cultivating Resilience

Presenter: Jennifer Tavares-Kitchen MSN, MBA, and Anna Auger MSN, RN, PCCN-K

Objectives: 

• To develop a toolkit that nursing leaders can utilize to improve nurse resiliency, decrease burnout, and improve retention in the workplace
• To foster nursing resiliency by encouraging bedside nurses to utilize the tools and maintain sustainability throughout the project
• To pilot the toolkit on 2-adult inpatient units utilizing bedside nurses and achieve positive feedback from unit leadership
