The Illinois Nurse Leader Fellowship is a program dedicated to the development and support of managers and new directors from diverse practice environments throughout the state. Incorporating education, mentoring, and networking, the fellowship is designed to build and enhance leadership skills and competencies.
The 2020 program will consist of four in-person, interactive sessions and independent work, including a project in the workplace, from March - September, and will conclude at the 2020 IONL Annual Conference. Upon completion, graduates agree to serve as mentors to future participants.
The registration fee includes all four conference sessions, materials, breaks, lunches, continuing education hours, and registration for the 2020 IONL Annual Conference.

The Illinois Nursing Leadership Fellowship is an initiative of the Illinois Healthcare Action Coalition (IHAC), co-led by the the Illinois Organization of Nurse Leaders, American Nurses Association of Illinois, and Illinois Center for Nursing.
