Join Jim Kerridge, IONL Policy and Advocacy Chair, and Susan Swart, ANA-IL Executive Director , two Illinois nurse leaders with extensive nursing regulation, policy development and advocacy experience will provide an overview of the state and federal policy process. Using direct reimbursement for RN services as a sample nursing policy goal, they will provide a policy analysis so participants can learn how a specific policy can work through the process.
