We have all experienced a high-stress environment within healthcare recently, leading to compassion fatigue, moral injury, and even burnout.  Supportive resources, stress-relieving techniques, and available communication are important concepts to support colleagues and the overall healthcare profession.  

Join us for an interesting and interactive Town Hall meeting discussing the topic of workplace violence.  We will share some resources regarding decompression in dealing with this increasing trend in our healthcare environment.  Utilizing strategies to identify patients at risk for violence, along with a better understanding of the process for security assisted restraint application, will be discussed.   Mitigating patient violence utilizing CODE BERT techniques, along with learning emotional support tactics and strategies for caregivers to de-stress, will be emphasized.
