This is a one-day workshop designed for staff nurses, charge nurses, nurse coordinators, and nurse managers who aspire to greater heights in their career.

During this workshop, attendees will learn about current legislative activities impacting healthcare.  Attendees will discuss relevant topics affecting nurse leaders such as diversity, equity, and inclusion; nursing finance; leading change; managing behavioral issues and violence; effective communication techniques; and stress reduction and resiliency.
