Staffing by Patient Acuity Law

Description:
This webinar will be a repeat presentation originally given at the 2011 IONL Annual Conference on September 16, 2011.

Objectives:
- Reinforce Requirements of Nurse Staffing by Acuity Law and findings from 2009 CNO Survey regarding implementation of the law.
- Present findings from 2011 Survey of Staff Nurses who sit on Nursing Care Committees throughout the state.
- Provide recommendations for enhancing Nursing Care Committee performance based upon staff nurse perspective; and test strategy for IONL development of supportive tool kit.
