Maintaining Work-Life Balance”
Description:
Putting yourself first and practicing sacred self-care will ensure
success when leading others. Nurse Leaders from around the state will gather to
hear the latest strategies in work-life balance. Join us to hear a keynote speaker from
Samueli Institute, an organization located outside of Washington, DC that
scientifically explores wellness and whole-person healing. Topics also discussed during this conference
will include: the Science of Happiness
at Work, Conquering Email Overload, Healing Options for Nurse Leaders, and
Effective Communication. Also provided
will be an annual update of the Staffing by Acuity Law and current IONL initiatives. Join us to receive 7.75 contact hours of
Continuing Nursing Education credit. Those
in the health care field have a higher success rate when work-life balance is
maintained. With the support and guidance you can receive during this
