The 2016 Mid-Yearl Conference will take place at the Bloomington-Normal Marriott Hotel & Conference Center in Normal, IL. IONL has secured the discounted group rate of $136.00/night + tax. Reservations should be made no later than April 7, 2016 and cannot be guaranteed even before this date.

Registration Cancellation Policy
All pre-registrations must be completed on or before Friday, April 22, 2016. On-site registrations are subject to a surcharge.
Refunds, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be issued on written cancellations received on or before Friday, April 1, 2016. Phone cancellations WILL NOT be accepted. Registrants assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by IONL. Refunds will be processed 2-3 weeks after the meeting.
Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, flight/transportation cancellations, unattended events or early departure. In the rare event of a meeting cancellation, IONL is not responsible for nor will provide refunds for costs associated with travel, airfare, hotel or transportation costs incurred by the registered attendee. It is always recommended that the registrant considering purchasing independent travel insurance.
IONL registration fees are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution, but may be deductible as a business expense. Consult your tax advisor.
Registration and attendance at or participation in the IONL Mid-Year Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to IONL’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproduction and audiotapes of such event activities.
By registering for this event, I agree that IONL, its employees and agents have the right to photograph, videotape and record me at this event and use my photographed, videotape and/or recorded name, likeness, voice, and statements to promote IONL, including without limitation, a derivative use, without compensation to me, at the sole discretion of IONL and I release IONL, its agents, affiliates, and licensees from all liability connected to their use of my name, likeness, voice or statements including, without limitation, any right of privacy or publicity claims.
