Research indicates that innovation implementation failure is a primary cause of quality issues in the world of health care. The inconsistent or improper use of innovations can turn good ideas into afterthoughts. We’ve made this key topic the focus of our Mid-Year Conference and we’ve brought together experts who will share their knowledge and recommendations.




Keynote Speaker: Dr. Jeffrey Alexander of University of Michigan's Ross School of Business will discuss why implementations fail.Featured Speaker: Dr. Jeanne Geiger-Brown, RN of University of Maryland's School of Nursing will present, "Is it Time to Pull the Plug on Twelve Hour Shifts?"
